Your missions:
Reporting to the Group President - based in Hoorn (Netherlands) - your mission will be as follows:
- Responsible for the P&L (Profit and Loss) of your territory
- Ensure the implementation and application of the group's strategy in your territory
- Define and ensure the commercial, marketing, and communication strategy
- Ensure the integration of solutions into the group's catalog
- Ensure organic and external growth of your BU
- Ensure the profitability of the BU
- Supervise the hierarchical and functional management of sales and marketing teams (directly or via a manager)
- Supervise the hierarchical and functional management of operations teams (integration + N1 and N2 support) (directly or via a manager)
- Ensure the quality and internal processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- You will participate in the development of the Group.
Your profile:
With higher education, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, including more than 5 years in a leadership and team management role in the field of IT.
You are comfortable working in an area where requirements for security, customer satisfaction, operational, and organizational performance are high.
You are comfortable in both English (other languages if possible) .
