Our CSR approach
 

Planet RSECSR is present in all corners of AGENA3000. Our initiative, initiated in 2015, resulted in the achievement of the Planet RSE label in 2017. Shared by all AGENA3000 employees, our CSR vision materializes in a constant search for progress.

 

Dirigeants Responsables de l'OuestAGENA3000, through the voice of Sébastien TRICHET, its President, has chosen to join the association « Dirigeants Responsables de l’Ouest », (Managers responsible for the West of France) a membership formalized by the signing of a charter of commitment that aims to put CSR at the heart of our corporate strategy.

A governance collectively designed

Our CSR approach is part of a participative management system where each employee is encouraged to share his ideas and show initiative. All AGENA3000 employees are involved in our strategy and make their voices heard on a daily basis but are also called upon to participate through workshops and contribute to the drafting of the company’s strategic plan. We aim to lead the way in terms of organizational management. Therefore our management committee wanted CSR involvement in our governance. A working group of employees, on a voluntary basis, advises the management committee and regularly proposes actions to improve our approach.
