Your Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Deploy Technical & Support Manager, and following an initial training period, your main duties will include:

Handling support requests (tickets) submitted by clients

Qualifying, analyzing, and resolving tickets in a timely manner

Providing updates and guidance to clients

Updating guides and training materials
-
Delivering training webinars
-
Acting as a key liaison for escalations to Level 3 support

Contributing to resolution processes and proposing improvements

Suggesting enhancements to our solutions based on client feedback
Your Profile:

A degree in IT (minimum 2-year post-secondary education)

Ideally, a first experience in customer support (junior profiles welcome)

Dynamic, rigorous, and well-organized, with a strong focus on service quality

Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills

Good general IT knowledge and a solid understanding of business processes (particularly in sales and logistics)
Professional proficiency in English is a plus.
