Your tasks:
Under the supervision of the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the implementation of products in customers, or :
- Implementation study (analysis and definition of functional perimeters),
- Drafting of general and detailed design files,
- Parameterisation or monitoring of parameterisation and validation of the solution implemented,
- Customer training, support and assistance,
- Monitoring budgets and schedules,
- Managing and reporting on the project to the customer and the Manager.
- Ensuring that the customer relationship is maintained over the long term
You will also maintain an ongoing relationship with your customers, listening to their requests and suggesting solutions and services that can be put in place.
In this way, you will contribute to the implementation of innovative and scalable solutions in conjunction with the major players in French and international distribution.
Your profile:
With a higher education background, you have several years' experience in implementing application solutions, particularly specialised in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) in a GDSN context.
You also have knowledge of databases (SQL queries).
Ideally, you will have already worked in a supplier-distributor relationship environment.
Dynamic, rigorous and organised, you have a constant concern for quality and customer service, you have good people skills and you are a team player.
You also have good writing and teaching skills.
You speak professional English. Other languages would be a plus.
Contract: Permanent contract - Open to teleworking
Location: Position based in Cholet and/or working from home
Remuneration: Fixed and variable (depending on profile and experience)
