As an SDR, you’re the first touchpoint for potential customers – identifying opportunities, starting conversations, and setting the stage for our sales success.

What you’ll do:
• 🔎 Identify and research potential leads via tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online databases, and networking
• 📞 Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email, and social selling
• ✅ Qualify leads using key criteria like needs, budget, authority, and timing (BANT)
• 🤝 Build and nurture early relationships with potential customers and decision makers
Your profile
You have a commercial background and enjoy making calls. You also have at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales. Since Dutch is the primary language in our Hoorn office, fluency in Dutch is required, along with a strong command of English.
Additionally, you are:
• Curious and eager to learn.
• An excellent communicator – strong verbal and written skills, active listening, empathy, and a proactive attitude
• Confident & results-driven – not afraid to cold call, handle objections, and work towards targets
• Experienced with CRM systems, prospecting, and outreach tools
• Flexible and able to manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously
• A team player who is analytical, proactive, and eager to develop
