Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Operations France, you will manage several strategic projects with high economic and contractual stakes.
Your responsibilities will include:

Participating in business qualification (GO / NO GO decisions),

Managing priorities and arbitrating between projects,

Leading projects on strategic contracts, particularly those with a strong finance / billing / data flow component, ensuring:

delivery management of services,
-
compliance with contractual commitments, timelines, and margin targets,

Managing budget balance and financial monitoring of projects in close collaboration with finance teams,

Negotiating and formalizing service changes or extensions,
-
Setting up and managing internal reporting dashboards,
-
Preparing and leading client steering committees,
-
Identifying, analyzing, and managing project risks,
-
Contributing to the drafting of contracts and service agreements.
You will maintain close relationships with clients, understand their business challenges, and proactively propose innovative and scalable solutions, particularly for major French and international retail players.
Your profile
Above all, we are looking for an experienced professional with at least 5 years of successful experience in project management, ideally in environments involving financial flows, billing, or complex data processing.
A Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) is appreciated; however, hands-on experience and operational expertise are paramount.
You are accustomed to working closely with finance teams and possess a strong economic and financial background, enabling you to manage projects with high profitability and performance stakes.
You have a fluent professional level of English, essential for working in an international environment.
Experience in a supplier / distributor environment will be an additional asset.
