Your main responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Group President, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Romanian subsidiary and its Profit & Loss (P&L).
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Driving the organic and external growth of the subsidiary;
• Ensuring the financial performance and profitability of the business;
• Ensuring the integration of solutions into the Group's portfolio and their development in the Romanian market;
• Ensuring the implementation and application of the Group's strategy within your territory;
• Defining and leading the sales, marketing and communication strategy;
• Providing hierarchical and functional management of the sales and marketing teams;
• Providing hierarchical and functional management of the operations teams;
• Ensuring service quality and compliance with internal processes;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Beyond your responsibilities for the Romanian subsidiary, you will actively contribute to the overall development of AGENA3000 (Centaurus Group) and collaborate with the Group's various international teams and subsidiaries.
Your profile
You hold a higher education degree and have at least 10 years of experience in commercial and operational roles, including more than 5 years in leadership and team management positions within the IT sector.
Significant experience in the Tech, IT, software or technology solutions sector is essential.
You are comfortable working in a technology-driven environment and have a good understanding of software, its uses and its challenges. This knowledge enables you to understand AGENA3000's solutions, the value they bring to customers and the challenges involved in their development in the Romanian market.
You are also comfortable working in an environment where expectations regarding security, customer satisfaction, operational performance and organisational performance are high.
Your approach is both flexible and hands-on, and you are able to adapt to a dynamic, demanding and performance-driven environment.

Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in an additional language, particularly French, is an advantage.
