EDI Integration Consultant – CANADA
Under the supervision of the General Manager of Canada, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and overseeing their EDI implementation. The latest EDI technologies are used, and projects may be hosted on the web or integrated into ERP systems.
You will define schedules, clearly outline the project scope, plan and execute projects, perform testing, and manage map corrections with clients and their business partners. You will also serve as the main point of contact between clients, developers, vendors, and management. The Technical Project Manager will monitor project progress and report results to stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Successfully deliver all portfolio projects within budget and on time
- Install and configure Agena3000 solutions
- Provide accurate project time estimates, identify dependencies, and create project schedules
- Provide regular project updates and escalate issues to the Portfolio Director
- Develop a risk and issue management plan
- Monitor project progress daily, follow up with clients, manage internal resources, make decisions that do not impact project scope/timeline/budget, and offer solution options
- Document and define the solution architecture
- Create/adapt maps using Agena3000’s web platform
- Contact business partners and perform testing
- Provide post-implementation and post-installation follow-up
- Train users (clients) on Agena3000 solutions
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
Essential Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
Experience
- Required: Minimum of 2 years' experience in ERP integration and comfortable with client-facing roles
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP structures and features
- Experience in the supply chain domain
- Experience in business and functional analysis
