As part of strengthening our Transactional Delivery team led by Nadia, we are recruiting an experienced functional consultant to support the deployment of the DocProcess platform (Business Ecosystem Automation).
Following the acquisition of DocProcess, AGENA3000 is strengthening its expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, at the heart of the digitalization of inter-company exchanges.
Responsibilities
1. Scoping & Design
- Facilitate business workshops with clients (finance, procurement, supply chain, etc.)
- Gather and formalize requirements, always within the framework of the solution's standard (use cases, processes, business rules)
- Define flows (invoices, orders, e-reporting, etc.) and IT system interfaces
- Produce functional deliverables (specifications, mapping, workflows)
2. Implementation & Deployment
- Configure the DocProcess solution according to business needs
- Support testing phases (integration, end-to-end acceptance testing)
- Oversee production go-lives and deployment
- Ensure change management (training, user onboarding)
3. Project Governance
- Participate in and lead project governance bodies (Project Committee / Steering Committee / Operational Committee)
- Track progress, risks, and action plans
4. Continuous Improvement & Expertise
- Act as functional reference on P2P / O2C processes: participate in Roadmap sessions with our R&D team, describe business requirements for new needs
- Capitalize on lessons learned from projects
- Contribute to upskilling internal teams
- Participate in pre-sales activities and scoping of new projects
As a Functional Consultant, your recurring responsibilities include:
- Leading client workshops and business process analysis
- Functional design (workflows, rules, reference data, flows)
- Solution configuration and functional validation
- Coordination with technical teams
- Contribution to project methodologies (8-step cycle: scope, design, build, validate, deploy...)
- Production of structured deliverables and project tracking
Profile Sought
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a functional consultant on the following processes:
- Procure-to-Pay (purchasing / suppliers)
- Order-to-Cash (sales / invoicing)
- Knowledge of dematerialization / EDI / e-invoicing topics is a plus
Skills
- Strong understanding of IT systems (ERP, API, flows, interoperability)
- Ability to communicate with both business and IT stakeholders
- Strong autonomy and functional leadership
- Professional-level English

- Package: Fixed + variable based on experience
