With over 180+ employees across France, Canada, the Netherlands, and North Africa, AGENA3000 supports manufacturers, brands and retailers in their digital transformation by simplifying and optimizing data exchange and management.
Your responsibilties :
Your primary responsibility will be generating and scheduling appointments for our field sales team and, in the long run, independently handling smaller prospects.
- Lead generation – Identify and gather potential customers via online research, networking, and databases (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Proactive outreach – Engage with leads through cold calling, emails, and social selling.
- Lead qualification based on sales criteria such as needs, budget, authority, and timing.
- Connect with and nurture prospects, including establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Following inbound leads and manage inquiries from webinar sign-ups, whitepaper downloads, or demo requests.
- Follow-ups & nurturing campaigns though consistent communication with prospects.
- Set up qualified meetings for sales colleagues.
- Provide sales colleagues with background information and previous interactions with leads.
- Data management & reporting – Keep lead interactions updated and report on performance (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, scheduled appointments).
- Collaboration with marketing and sales on, among other things, the effectiveness of campaigns and lead qualification
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Your profile :
You have a commercial background and enjoy making calls. You also have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Since Dutch is the primary language in our Hoorn office, fluency in Dutch is required, along with a strong command of English.
Additionally, you are:
- Curious and eager to learn.
- An excellent communicator – strong verbal and written skills, active listening, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
- Confident & results-driven – not afraid to cold call, handle objections, and work towards targets.
- Experienced with CRM systems, prospecting, and outreach tools.
- Flexible and able to manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously.
- A team player who is analytical, proactive, and eager to develop.
