Location: Tunis, with the possibility of remote work. The employee must be physically present at the office at least every Monday and Thursday.

Your Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Officer, reporting to Centaurus Global Services, your main duties will include:
For the Tunisian subsidiary (SFT):

Overseeing administrative and general operations for the Tunis site

Managing accounting and monitoring supplier invoices

Handling payroll elements in coordination with the accounting firm (variables, withholding certificates via “TEJ”)

Acting as the liaison with the accounting firm, the bank, and the group on accounting and payroll matters

Managing HR administration in coordination with the Group HR: attendance tracking, work certificates, medical documentation, intern management and school partnerships, distributing meal vouchers, insurance coordination, etc.
For the Group scope:
Under the supervision of the Head of Accounting in France:

Supporting payroll processing managed by our provider ADP: entering and verifying payroll variables (bonuses, commissions, etc.), entering absences (sick leave, etc.)

Assisting with supplier management in France: invoice verification, entry, and payment
Your Profile:
You hold a higher education degree in accounting or management
You have previous successful experience in a comprehensive accounting role
You are fluent in French, both spoken and written, to ensure effective communication with the French Finance team. A good level of English is a plus
You are proficient with IT tools, especially Excel
You have accounting and payroll knowledge for both Tunisia and France
You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of analyzing and summarizing data
You are trustworthy, with strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
You know how to adapt your communication to suit different stakeholders
Contract: Permanent – Full time
Location: On-site in Tunis with remote work option. Minimum on-site presence required twice a week: Monday and Thursday
