This acquisition marks a new step in the AGENA3000 group's growth and innovation strategy in Europe, while strengthening its expert teams. This integration brings nearly 50 people in Romania and France, specialists in Procure-To-Pay and Order-To-Cash processes, to our team.

DocProcess brings to AGENA3000 its BEA (Business Ecosystem Automation) platform, specifically designed to automate business processes in different sectors — finance, purchasing, retail, logistics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy, banking and insurance — by offering modules such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, B2G electronic invoicing, e-Factura or e-Transport.
This technological addition strengthens the AGENA3000 ecosystem, which already offers a complete range of products (E-Invoice PIM, EDI, TPM, etc.) adapted to the challenges of performance, compliance and internationalization.
