Terms of Use (ToU) – AGENA3000 Quickbook Integration Software

Purpose  

These general terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the “ToU”) define the terms of access and use of the AGENA3000 software (hereinafter the “Software”). The Software is designed by AGENA3000 (hereinafter the “Provider”) to facilitate the integration of Quickbook products with the A3 EDI AGENA3000 service. It serves as an interface between an existing ERP system and a SaaS application.

Acceptance of ToU  

The use of the Software is subject to full acceptance of these ToU. By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with these terms.

Access to the Software  

The Provider grants the Client non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable access to the Software via a secure web interface. The Client agrees not to access the Software fraudulently or abusively.

Use of the Software  

The Software enables interaction between the Client’s Quickbook application and the A3 EDI SaaS application, facilitating data and business process management. The Client commits to using this software solely within the scope of the A3 EDI service. Detailed usage conditions for the A3 EDI service are NOT described in this document. The Client should refer to the general terms and specific conditions defined in the context of providing the A3 EDI service, which also apply to this Software.

Data and Security  

The Client is responsible for the quality and accuracy of data transmitted through the Software. The Provider implements security measures to protect data against unauthorized access. The Client agrees to comply with confidentiality rules and not compromise the Software’s security.

Maintenance and Support  

The Provider ensures the maintenance and support of the Software, including updates and bug fixes.
