Your tasks :
Reporting to the Technical Deploy & Support Manager and after an initial training period; you will be responsible for :
- Take charge of support requests (tickets) submitted by our customers
- Qualify, investigate and resolve tickets within a short timeframe
- Reporting to and advising customers
- Update training guides and materials
- Provide training webinars
- Be the privileged relay of the escalation to level 3 support
- Be a driving force in the resolution process
- Be a driving force for the improvement of our solutions
Your profile :
You have a minimum of 2 years of higher education and have significant experience in customer support.
You are dynamic, rigorous and organised, with a constant concern for quality and customer service.
You have a good sense of human contact and you are a team player.
You have an analytical and synthesising mind. You have a good sense of human contact and are a team player.
You have a good IT culture as well as a good knowledge of business processes (particularly in commerce and logistics)
Fluency in English would be a plus.
Contract : Permanent contract - Open to teleworking
